Editorial policy
Radiant Film Culture aims to make film culture understandable without flattening differences of taste or presenting opinion as fact. We value careful wording, clear context and transparency about how material appears on the site.
Accuracy and context
We check factual statements against suitable source material before publication and aim to give readers enough context to understand a claim. Interpretations and judgments are presented as such, not as settled facts. When a subject is uncertain or open to disagreement, the wording should reflect that.
Independence and partnerships
Editorial choices are made for their relevance to readers. A paid collaboration or partner placement is identified clearly where it appears, so readers can distinguish it from independently selected editorial material. Partnership does not guarantee positive coverage or editorial approval.
Corrections
If you believe something is inaccurate, use the Contact page and identify the article and the detail at issue. We review correction requests and, when a change is warranted, amend the text and make the correction clear in context.
Images and illustrations
Images are selected to support the subject and should not mislead readers about what they show. Some illustrations may be AI-generated; where used, they are identified so readers can tell an illustrative image from documentary material.
Film culture is made between the frames
A film does not end at the edge of the screen. The places where it is watched, the people watching and the conversations afterward all shape its life.
